Welcome to my exciting journey! With a bachelor's degree in nutrition and over 15 years in the food service industry, I’ve developed a strong passion for healthy eating and living to the fullest. As a mom of three energetic little ones, I totally get the challenges of keeping nutrition on track while juggling life's chaos! My goal is to be able to bring healthy options to people on the go whether in an office setting, apartment or condo living, visiting local businesses and even schools and other facilities.
